Funds sent to a Safe (Gnosis Safe) multisig address on a chain where that Safe was never deployed aren’t lost: a Safe’s address doesn’t depend on the chain, so replaying its original deployment on the other chain creates the same Safe, at the same address, with the same owners and threshold. Paste the Safe address, pick the chain where it works and the chain where the funds landed: the tool finds the original deployment, proves the replay gives exactly the same address, checks the Safe contracts exist on the target chain, dry-runs the deployment, and lets any wallet send it. Works on Ethereum, HyperEVM, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Unichain, Linea, Scroll, Sonic and Robinhood Chain.

are my funds really recoverable?
usually, yes. a safe’s address comes from its factory, its setup and a nonce, not from the chain, so the same deployment on the other chain lands on the same address. the tool checks this byte for byte before you send anything, and dry-runs the deployment first.
who controls the recreated safe?
the same owners with the same threshold as the original. whoever sends the deployment only pays the gas: they get no control over the safe.
when doesn’t it work?
safes made with safe 1.4.1’s chain-specific option (its address includes the chain id), chains where safe’s factory isn’t deployed at the usual address, and other smart wallets like 4337 accounts or coinbase smart wallet.
what about tokens, not just the native coin?
everything sent to the address is in the safe as soon as it exists: native coins and tokens alike. move them with the usual owner signatures.
