choosing a web3 developer

how do i find the best web3 developer for my project?

ask to see real, live work; ask how they test (fuzz, invariant and fork tests are a good sign); ask who owns the code and keys at the end (you should); and get a written scope with a fixed price. a good developer is happy to answer all four.

is there a cheap web3 developer that’s still safe?

cheap shouldn’t mean risky. the affordable way is a tight scope: build only what you need now, use audited building blocks (openzeppelin, solady), and test properly. i quote small fixed-price scopes so you only pay for what ships.

freelancer or agency?

for most projects a senior freelancer is faster and cheaper: you talk to the person writing the code. agencies make sense when you need a big team for a long time.

how much does it cost?

a fixed price, agreed before any work starts, based on a short written scope. small jobs are welcome: a single contract, a fix, a review of one file. tell me your budget and i’ll say honestly what fits in it.

how fast can you start?

usually within a few days. small scopes (a token, a fix, a review) often ship within a week; bigger builds get a timeline in the scope.

what do i get at the end?

the code in your repo, tests that pass in ci, deploy scripts, verified contracts and plain-english docs. you own everything and can run it without me.

how do we start?

send a few lines about what you’re building through the contact form or a dm on x (@0xHxxe). i reply with questions, then a scope with a fixed price and timeline.
