can i look up someone else’s positions?
yes. everything on hyperliquid is public, so any address works: traders, vaults like hlp, or sub-accounts. it only reads, there’s nothing to sign.
why is the liq price different from what i calculated?
cross positions share one margin pool, so each liq price assumes your other positions stay put. on unified or portfolio-margin accounts your spot balances count as collateral too. the numbers shown come straight from hyperliquid.
why does a spot token show no usd value?
it’s priced from its usdc market (or through usdh / usdt0). a token with no such market keeps its amount but is left out of the total rather than guessed.
