public rpcs are shared and rate-limited: fine for wallets and testing. for a production app, use a dedicated endpoint from a provider.
“no tracking” is the provider’s own claim, as listed on chainlist. an rpc always sees your ip and the addresses you look up.
“add to wallet” suggests the fastest in-sync rpc without tracking. you can change it in your wallet later.
the rpc list comes from chainlist.org and is refreshed regularly. missing one? it’s probably not on chainlist yet.
